Job Summary
Senior Analyst in Global Analytic Insights role focusing on partnering with internal teams and clients to translate strategies into data-driven insights; responsibilities include analyzing business challenges, mapping end-to-end processes, driving continuous improvement, implementing AI-assisted workflows, and presenting insights and recommendations to executives. Must be able to work in Sao Paulo, Brazil and align with a North American schedule; requires Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of related experience, strong analytical and statistical skills, and experience with AI tools, Python, SQL, and Databricks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- two to four years related experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Descriptive statistics & predictive analytics methods
- Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g. Claude, Copilot) to accelerate analytical work
- Ability to adjust and adapt to changing business needs & priorities
- Verifiable skill in following through with project/solutions implementation
- Adept at leading solutions implementation from opportunity identification to ROI follow-through
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Willing to align to a North American work schedule
- Willing to work onsite fully or as needed on client/account/business needs
- Exposure to Python, SQL, Databricks and similar applications
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and technologies
- Knowledge of Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies
