Sr. Analyst, FP&A

Forecast and close management by assisting in accurate financial forecast models, refreshing them for business-development costs like rent and depreciation, and customer care expenses across the P&L. Analyze key variances, business trends, and performance drivers to prepare ad hoc reporting for business partners and BU finance teams. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Transportation, Store Construction, Customer Care, Facilities, and Lease teams to identify cost-saving initiatives and improve expense management. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, 2-5+ years of experience, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP/PBCS. Base pay ranges from $80,000 to $90,000.
