Job Summary
Sr. Analyst FP&A, Planning & Reporting supports financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for CSL Behring Operations. Collaborates with Finance Business Partners to align financial plans with strategic objectives, develops standardised planning tools, supports SAP BPC, maintains calendars and deliverables, prepares budgets and forecasts, and presents reports with variance analysis. Delivers monthly, half-year, and year-end reporting with dashboards and metrics; drives process excellence, master data maintenance, and continuous improvement in reporting. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related discipline, 3+ years in FP&A, experience with budgeting/forecast cycles, and proficiency in dashboarding/visualization software (Power BI preferred); CPA/CA or MBA a plus; manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry experience desirable; strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills; ability to work autonomously and drive results.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other Business related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, reporting, or related fields
- Experience with budget and forecast cycles
- Experience with dashboarding and visualization software (Power BI preferable)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint
