Job Summary
Senior WFM analyst to forecast, plan, and administer Calabrio ONE in a contact-center environment. Responsibilities include advanced forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, Calabrio administration, data validation, and reporting, plus stakeholder engagement to align workforce plans with service level goals. Requires hands-on Calabrio configuration, interval-level forecasting and staffing calculations, data accuracy across systems, and ability to deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports. Location: Bangalore, India.
Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Forecasting, Capacity Planning, and Scheduling
- Hands-on experience in Calabrio ONE Workforce Management
- Strong knowledge of Calabrio Administration and configuration
- Experience in interval-level forecasting and staffing calculations
- Good understanding of shrinkage planning and scheduling optimization
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, Power Query preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
