Sr. Analyst, Financial

Perform monthly volume metrics analyses by service line and compile financial data for Senior Leadership and key stakeholders. Analyze P&L actual results against budget and forecast, providing variance explanations to Finance and upper management. Manage revenue and expense budgeting for all business units, lead annual budget processes, and develop cost allocation modeling by service line. Drive capital budgeting initiatives, support RFP pricing strategies, and create three-to-five-year strategic plan projections. Assist with lease and vendor analysis, Treasury support, and investment analysis as required. This role requires a hybrid schedule in Madison, WI, with a base salary range of $85,063.95 to $104,372.94. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with five years of financial analysis experience.
