Job Summary
As Sr Analyst Financial I, you will partner with finance and merchandising teams to formulate accurate sales and margin forecasts, develop annual budget plans, create unit performance summaries for month-end reviews, and build financial models to predict outcomes. You’ll analyze large datasets to provide insightful analytics, communicate results to senior leaders, and support ad hoc analyses to influence business decisions. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced presentation abilities, and the ability to balance multiple responsibilities in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive finance / related experience
- Ability to be present at Framingham office 3 days per week
