Sr Analyst Finance and Accounting

Senior Analyst, Finance and Accounting will be a key member of the North American Asset Management team, handling day-to-day accounting, period-end close, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting for client-owned renewable projects (wind, solar, battery storage) across North America. Responsibilities include general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable oversight, fixed assets, quarterly and annual reporting, cash flow planning and distributions, coordinating audits, maintaining investor reporting and tax equity models, and preparing project-level financial analyses and reports for asset owners and tax advisors. The role requires strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge, financial modeling, and collaboration across multiple departments, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and stakeholder communication. A Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting is required; an MBA/CPA/CFA or equivalent designation is preferred; 5+ years of FP&A/accounting experience and 2+ years of tax equity experience are expected; travel up to 15% may be required. The position is remote in Montréal, Canada, with a base salary in the low six figures and bonus eligibility as noted.
