Job Summary
Senior Analyst responsible for maintaining the US Veeva CRM environment, optimizing SFA workflows, testing & demonstrating systems, providing some local field support, and designing & managing training materials. Partners with business and IT stakeholders to define Veeva CRM requirements and improve field-sales-focused workflows; collaborates with Sales Training to develop manuals, quick reference guides, and e-learnings for new hires and ongoing training; supports Multichannel Marketing with Veeva Vault Digital Media and Approved Email templates. Requires travel ~5% domestically. The role entails project-management coordination with Sales Operations, Training, IT, Field Sales Leadership, and MCM teams, and requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in Veeva CRM or pharma sales-ops experience, and strong communication and training-materials capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business-related area, technology or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years Veeva CRM experience or other Pharmaceutical Industry specific sales CRM preferred
- Pharmaceutical sales operations experience required
- Experience presenting and communicating sales operations technology & workflows
- Experience generating training material preferred
