Job Summary
Sr. Analyst, Delivery Performance to drive delivery sales growth across third-party platforms (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub). Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards; analyze weekly promotional performance to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to optimize digital sales. Own and optimize ETL processes for ingesting third-party data into Snowflake, with a focus on automation and improving data accuracy and efficiency. Conduct both digital and offline promotional analytics, connecting performance insights to overall sales impact and customer behavior. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through reports, presentations, and dashboards, while collaborating cross-functionally to support data-driven decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or digital performance analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience building and maintaining Tableau dashboards
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to operate effectively with minimal direction and navigate ambiguity
- Highly organized with strong project management habits and a collaborative mindset
