Job Summary
Join Gopuff as a Sr. Analyst in Delivery Operations, focusing on delivery quality, dispatch optimization, and fee strategy. Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of work experience in an analytical, operations, or strategy role
- Strong SQL skills — you're comfortable writing queries from scratch to answer ambiguous business questions
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for data manipulation and analysis
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of an analytical domain and drive it forward independently
- Proficiency using AI tools (e.g., Claude) as a core part of your analytical workflow
- Strong presentation skills
- Cross-functional leadership experience
- Strong communication skills
- Intellectually curious, with a bias toward action and a willingness to get into the weeds
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar)
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experiment design
- Experience in logistics, marketplace, delivery, or gig economy operations
- Experience with more advanced AI tooling — such as Claude Code, building automated analytical workflows, or using AI to reduce manual reporting overhead
- Basic coding experience (Python or similar) is a plus but not required
