Job Summary
Support execution of strategic projects across MFG and Deliver landscapes by collaborating cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Service, and Commercial organizations. Contribute to core Deliver/Logistics responsibilities from an operational perspective, including on-site field activities for installations and de-installations in coordination with Service. Assist in developing operational standards, protocols, and processes to optimize efficiency for future commercial launches while managing risks and issues during project planning meetings. Track and report project status, risks, deliverables, and activities within overall schedules, and support the development of KPIs and customer experience metrics. Analyze distribution networks to identify capacity improvements and coordinate execution of Deliver dashboards for weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance tracking.
Required Qualifications
- University Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years related experience
- Experience or exposure to Deliver Operations (Warehousing/ Distribution, Transportation, Customer Service, Distribution Network Analysis)
- Experience across at least two other supply chain functional areas is (Plan, MAKE, or Source)
- Experience or exposure to at least one additional supply chain functional area (Plan, Make, or Source)
- Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP) and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Travel Requirement 20-25% and potentially short notice (Domestic and INTL)
- The attendance policy required for this role is Fully Onsite
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced Degree is preferred
- 2 years people leadership experience
- Experience with Systems Implementation projects (WMS, TMS, ERP, OTC)
- Surgical Robotics Distribution Logistics Experience
- Green belt
- Six Sigma certification and Supply Chain Certification (APICS/IBF)
- Knowledge, Skills and Capabilities: Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Excel etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt by course-correcting plans as needed in response to changing circumstances
- Ability to forge collaboration across peer groups and managers of the enterprise and externally
- A strong communicator with the ability to communicate clearly, making the complex clear and compelling to all levels of the organization in both written and oral forums
- Ability to influence peer groups and managers within Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance organizations and other key cross functional partners in a matrix environment and externally
- Demonstrates deep knowledge of best practices and benchmarks, corporate objectives, and resource availability to identify and prioritize continuous improvement projects
- Incorporates an integrated understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain to anticipate cross-functional impacts, interdependencies, and trade-offs
- Has strong business acumen – deeply understands the business, portfolio, markets, customers, challenges, and demands
