Job Summary
Senior Data Integration Analyst responsible for managing daily data integrations across NetSuite, SPS Commerce, Azure Data Lake, and external systems; validate and reconcile data into the Azure Data Lake; troubleshoot data integration errors and mapping mismatches; monitor workflows with logs, alerts, and reconciliation reports; track KPIs for data integration performance; ensure compliance with data standards and EDI; maintain mapping documentation; support data coordination and analytics, cleanse and validate data for dashboards, collaborate with business data analysts to define data requirements, and contribute to go-lives, partner onboarding, and tool implementations. The role is based in Miami, FL with a flexible hybrid schedule for remote and in-person collaboration, and involves cross-functional coordination with IT and Operations teams to enable scalable automation and analytics across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience with data integrations and operational data support
- Familiarity with EDI standards (e.g., 850, 856, 810)
- APIs and secure transfer protocols (e.g., SFTP, AS2)
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Azure Data Lake, SPS Commerce, or similar middleware/data platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills and proactive issue resolution
- Understanding of supply chain, logistics, and finance data flows
- Ability to assess data accuracy and completeness for analytics and dashboards
- SQL or similar query tools for investigating data anomalies
- Experience with BI environments such as Power BI
- Ability to translate reporting needs into data requirements
- Knowledge of data lineage and data flow documentation
- Experience managing or auditing recurring file exchanges and data synchronization tasks
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfort in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and high data volume
