Job Summary
Monitor and improve HR data quality across systems by identifying inconsistencies, defining checks, and coordinating corrective actions with HR, Payroll, and IT teams. Review and optimize operational processes to increase efficiency, documenting standard operating procedures and identifying automation opportunities. Lead or support HR projects including process transitions, system enhancements, and data cleansing activities while managing timelines and stakeholder communication. Provide expert-level support for complex operational cases and escalations to ensure compliance with policies and service level agreements.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field
- 5-7 Years in a similar role
- Several years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, Global Business Services, or a similar environment
- Strong understanding of HR processes such as employee lifecycle, organizational management, position management, payroll inputs, time, benefits, or reporting
- Experience with HR data quality, data analysis, process improvement, or operational excellence
- Experience participating in or leading HR projects
- Good knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, or similar tools
- Very good English communication skills

- Advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting, dashboards, Power BI, or other analytics tools
