Job Summary

Sr. Analyst, Consumer Insights contributing to growth of a media and entertainment portfolio by designing and executing primary research, administering a portfolio-wide brand tracking study, synthesizing insights from multiple data sources, and delivering executive-facing presentations. Collaborates with the Consumer Insights and Data Insights teams to support research needs, manages surveys and discussion guides, analyzes results, and supports multiple projects in a hybrid office setting (minimum three days per week) in New York. Requires strong quantitative analysis, comfort with research tools, attention to detail, and passion for TV and digital media, with the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders and influence brand and audience strategies across linear and digital platforms.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience with primary research
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, psychology, social sciences, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Ability to learn various tools and interfaces for conducting research and visualizing results (e.g., Qualtrics, MRI, YouGov, DisplayR, etc.)
