Job Summary
Sr. Analyst, Compliance Monitoring in Warsaw, Poland, contributes to the GBS Compliance Control Tower by managing and analyzing large datasets for Digital Communications Monitoring, ensuring adherence to external guidelines and internal processes, and providing regular compliance reports to stakeholders. The role collaborates with Global Compliance, supports governance within the Compliance Program, and operates in a hybrid work model with emphasis on data-driven monitoring, KPI tracking, and effective stakeholder communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant education with a legal background
- Minimum of 2-4 years experience in compliance monitoring or a similar role, ideally in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology
- Understanding of U.S. stakeholder landscape and work culture
- Knowledge of Healthcare Compliance Program requirements or experience (audit, GxP)
- Ability to use modern technologies for monitoring
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
