Job Summary
Connect Distributor pricing and contract data to ensure accurate Accounts Receivable ledgers, then reconcile and troubleshoot credit rebills and write-offs. Analyze discrepancies, manage unit trending, and generate reports to support settlements with wholesalers and distributors. Resolve missing trace issues with field teams and address customer concerns regarding debit memos while monitoring daily error reports. Serve as a subject matter expert for process documentation, training, and launch support, contributing to standard operating procedures. Track metrics to achieve targets and implement solutions for business issues with leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- Demonstration of key finance proficiencies and qualifications
- 3 + years of proven experience with channel operations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or collections
- Fully bilingual (English / Spanish)
- B2 Excel proficiency (Intermediate/Sophisticated)
