Job Summary
Deliver HR administrative services across the Primo lifecycle by inputting data into Workday, consolidating information for payroll, and generating compensation reports. Build relationships with external providers and prepare data for benefit surveys while managing termination paperwork and exit surveys. Conduct global onboarding sessions and collaborate with payroll and recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain 100% data accuracy and continuously evaluate processes for efficiency. Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, Accounting or similar
- Excellent customer service skills
- Planning and organizational skills
- Process improvement mindset
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Previous experience in HR or Accounting
- Knowledge of Workday system
- Fluency in Polish, English and French or German
