Job Summary
Senior Analyst – Loan Syndication at Invesco, responsible for executing end-to-end loan lifecycle events such as deal closings, drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, pre-payments, and trade settlements. Perform cash and invoice reconciliations, ensure adherence to SLAs, and maintain compliance with internal policies and controls. Support audit and regulatory requirements, drive process improvements, and contribute to automation initiatives. Requires effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external parties, with 3–5 years of relevant experience in loan syndication/operations, proficiency with Wall Street Office (WSO), and a solid understanding of IBOR/ABOR and custody reconciliation; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Loan Syndication, Loan Operations, or related domain
- Hands-on expertise with Wall Street Office (WSO) applications
- Solid understanding of IBOR/ABOR and Custody Reconciliation processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
