Sr. Altium System Analyst

Job Summary
Develop and implement global ECAD standards, procedures, and best practices while defining Altium 365 database structures, workflows, and attributes. Manage user accounts, permissions, and settings within the Altium 365 platform, configure workspaces for team collaboration, and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure system stability. Assess acquired ECAD data quality, develop migration strategies with cross-functional teams including R&D and Engineering, and document weekly progress for remediation efforts. Train acquired design teams on new ECAD processes and software features, maintain thorough documentation for standards and user guides, and optimize design workflows. This onsite role requires 5–7 years of Altium experience, with up to 10% domestic and international travel.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience with Altium
- 3–5 years of experience with Altium 365
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field
- Strong technical proficiency in ECAD data management, with a deep understanding of quality ECAD data practices
- Demonstrated experience in R&D, New Product Development, and working with supply chain and third-party vendors
- Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex ECAD data remediation challenges
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, adaptable to various audiences
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Domestic and international travel (up to 10%)
- Acceptable proof of COVID-19 vaccination status
- Acceptance of a prohibited substance test as a requirement
