Job Summary
Develop and execute joint business plans with Global System Integrators, focusing on the Financial Services sector to expand pipeline and accelerate revenue. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic partners while building trusted relationships with senior executives across SAS and partner organizations. Facilitate collaboration among Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and professional services teams to align strategies with market objectives. Monitor partner program compliance, track performance against agreed KPIs, and establish escalation paths to resolve partnership challenges effectively. This role requires 8+ years of experience in alliance management or business development with a Bachelor's degree, and the position is based in Frankfurt or Munich, Germany, with hybrid work options.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in alliance management, business development, partner ecosystems, solution sales, consulting, or related technology-industry roles
- Experience working for or with Global System Integrators (GSIs) in EMEA
- Demonstrated success building and managing strategic partner relationships
- Experience developing and executing commercial growth plans and go-to-market initiatives
- Strong understanding of enterprise software, analytics, AI, and partner ecosystems
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional and international teams
- Fluent English
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- Legally authorized to work in Germany
- No requirement for sponsorship for employment visa status
