Job Summary
Develop and execute joint business plans with Global System Integrators, focusing on the Financial Services sector to expand pipeline and accelerate revenue. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic partners, driving partner-influenced growth while aligning strategies with SAS business priorities. Manage joint business planning, including revenue objectives, enablement activities, and key success metrics, alongside establishing escalation paths to resolve partnership challenges. Build trusted relationships with senior executives across SAS and partner organizations to facilitate collaboration among Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and other stakeholders. This role requires 8+ years of experience in alliance management or business development, with a preference for EMEA GSI experience and German language skills. The position is hybrid-based in Frankfurt or Munich, Germany, and requires legal authorization to work in Germany without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in alliance management, business development, partner ecosystems, solution sales, consulting, or related technology-industry roles
- Experience working for or with Global System Integrators (GSIs) in EMEA
- Demonstrated success building and managing strategic partner relationships
- Experience developing and executing commercial growth plans and go-to-market initiatives
- Strong understanding of enterprise software, analytics, AI, and partner ecosystems
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional and international teams
- Fluent English
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- Legally authorized to work in Germany
