Job Summary
Partner with Services leaders to identify high-impact areas for AI or automation and translate ambiguous ideas into clear program roadmaps. Build AI-powered prototypes and workflows using LLMs, APIs, and automation platforms to rapidly validate business solutions and connect internal data sources. Develop effective prompts, skills, and agents that improve the quality and reliability of AI-generated outputs while collaborating with engineering teams to scale prototypes into production-grade systems. Create documentation and lead enablement sessions to grow AI fluency across teams, ensuring solutions align with real business needs and emerging best practices. This role sits within the Strategy & Operations team, serving as connective tissue across the broader Services organization to accelerate experimentation and scale successful AI initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in AI solutions, solutions architecture, internal tooling, automation, or similar technical roles
- Hands-on experience building solutions with Claude or other leading LLM platforms, including prompt engineering, skills, agents, and AI workflows
- Experience integrating AI with APIs, internal systems, or data sources to solve business problems and improve team workflows
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on AI-powered solutions based on user feedback and business needs
- Familiarity with Global Services functions, such as onboarding, education, consulting, or customer success
