Job Summary
Senior AI Product Manager for ConvoAI responsible for end-to-end ownership of core AI product components, defining vision and roadmap, and driving cross-functional execution across engineering, design, sales, and customer success. Lead product lifecycle from discovery to launch, write PRDs and API requirements, shape scalable architecture for real-time conversational AI, and improve customer and developer experience including onboarding, integration, debugging, observability, and documentation. Focus on enterprise AI call-agent and multimodal conversational AI use cases, translating requirements into reusable platform capabilities and ensuring alignment with customer adoption and revenue impact.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in AI, developer platforms, cloud infrastructure or related B to B products
- Strong understanding of AI product concepts, including LLMs, speech AI, RAG, agents, orchestration , latency
- Experience owning technical products, APIs, SDKs, or cloud products
- Proven ability to write clear product requirements and drive complex cross-functional execution
- Ability to work deeply with engineering teams on architecture, tradeoffs, and implementation priorities
- Strong business sense and ability to connect product decisions to customer adoption and revenue impact
- Excellent communication skills in both strategic discussions and detailed execution contexts
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
