Sr AI Human-centered Design Strategist

Senior AI-driven design lead responsible for the intersection of AI tools and the Enterprise Design System. Own governance of AI-generated UI/code to stay consistent, accessible, and aligned with standards. Establish a Human-in-the-Loop validation process and develop a governed model where AI provides first passes for designers to validate and refine. Lead rapid prototyping of concepts using modern AI tools (e.g., Figma Make, Claude, Google Stitch) to quickly validate ideas and demonstrate value before scaling. Develop AI governance and safety guardrails to ensure content meets brand, safety, legal, and privacy standards. Define and track KPIs for AI initiatives, focusing on design-cycle efficiency, output consistency, and error reduction. Evangelize AI solutions across the organization and communicate design trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders. Job duties include BI-related work, data workflows, and ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and SLAs.
