Job Summary
Lead hands-on engineering delivery of agentic AI capabilities within CrowdStrike's GTM technology stack (Salesforce, Slack, and in-house platforms) and mentor senior/mid-level engineers. Design and build LLM-powered workflows, autonomous and multi-agent systems, and AI-enhanced integrations; define scalable AI architecture, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and enterprise knowledge grounding. Build and maintain Salesforce components (Apex, LWC, Platform Events) and Agentforce actions; implement AI evaluation and governance, security-first engineering practices, and CI/CD pipelines. Stay current with AI/ML tech, champion automation, build internal tools for GTM decision-making, and evaluate vendors/platforms. Stay focused on responsibilities around architecting, implementing, and maturing agentic AI within an enterprise setting, with emphasis on collaboration across GTM stakeholders and leadership of engineering teams.
