Job Summary
Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise AI applications, agentic workflows, and RAG solutions throughout the full delivery lifecycle. Serve as the primary technical contributor for an AI delivery squad, establishing engineering standards and reusable Factory capabilities including shared services and implementation patterns. Build and maintain AI quality engineering capabilities, automated testing frameworks, guardrails, and continuous performance optimization. Support AI Operations and LLMOps through observability, telemetry, logging, monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis. Contribute to deployment automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation to enable secure, scalable solution delivery. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to evaluate designs, expand engineering capabilities, and implement governance-first practices within regulated healthcare environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
