Job Summary
Sr Advisory Enterprise Architect based in Korea leads architecture engagements across Korea's largest enterprises, translating business challenges into ServiceNow solutions. Leads architecture and design engagements across IT Transformation, Digital Products/Services, Platform as a Service, and Enterprise Service Management, communicating with customer executives up to CIO/CTO level. Fluency in Korean and English; deep knowledge of the Korean enterprise IT landscape and local partners. Demonstrates thought leadership, develops best practices, and collaborates with internal teams to deliver credible, platform-based architectures tailored to the Korean market. Strong emphasis on leveraging AI in work processes, maintaining executive relationships, and driving value through the Now platform while representing the voice of the Korean market internally.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of proven success in influencing senior technology leaders to drive change in pre-sales or enterprise-architecture related roles
- Experience presenting architecture concepts, designs, and goals to technology leaders and partners
- Experience with Enterprise Architecture or Application Architecture pre-sales in a software vendor or professional services environment
- Familiarity with Enterprise and Industry Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, IT4IT, BIAN, TMForum
- Excellent understanding of architectural principles for cloud-based platforms including SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, and automation
- Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving including AI-powered tools, automated workflows, or AI-driven insights
- Fluency in Korean and English with ability to engage at executive level in both languages
- Familiarity with local Korean enterprise IT ecosystem, major local system integrators, cloud providers, and regulatory considerations for enterprise platform adoption
- Experience leading architecture and design engagements to demonstrate how a platform meets needs of strategic customers (IT transformation, digital products/services, platform as a service, enterprise service management)
- Ability to articulate customer business strategy and translate it into value through platform-based solutions
- Strong communication and executive engagement skills, ability to work with CIO/CTO level stakeholders
- Experience creating and communicating high-level architectures and strategies to audiences up to CIO/CTO level
- Experience collaborating with internal ServiceNow business units and partner communities
- Proven ability to drive deals and deliver credible solution architectures tailored to local markets
- Knowledge of industry architecture frameworks and best practices
- Experience with AI/ML, data, DevOps, integration, analytics, and other technical domains
