Job Summary

Conduct high-quality data management activities including manual updates, reporting, and creating HR documents such as contracts and merit letters. Perform data quality controls, collaborate with the development team to solve technical issues, and improve current processes and procedures. Foster relationships with partners across Payroll and PO&D departments while acting as a Superuser to represent the team in meetings. Mentor new hires and handle operational critical issues to ensure global HR data accuracy for payroll, reporting, and planning.

  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and build solid relationships
  • Workday Experience is essential
  • Knowledge of SAP or any other HR system
  • Proven ability of making process or procedural improvements
  • Ability to take initiative and make informed decisions
  • Verbal and Written English
  • Candidates offered positions with high engagement with children are required to take part in Child Safeguarding Background Screening, as a condition of the offer
