Job Summary
Senior Advisor, Digital Content & Communications role based in ConocoPhillips Australia (Brisbane). Develop and deliver high-quality digital content and visual communications to support business priorities, strengthen audience engagement, and enhance reputation. Create content across digital and print channels, design high-quality assets aligned with brand guidelines, craft compelling written messaging, translate complex information into clear visuals, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify communication needs and deliver content and design solutions. Manage multiple projects, maintain the Australia Business Unit’s website and social channels, and contribute to continuous improvement of digital content and storytelling approaches. Requires tertiary qualifications in visual arts, communication design, or related discipline, and minimum 7 years in brand and digital management; proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and SharePoint; strong written/verbal communication and stakeholder management; ability to meet deadlines; proactive, creative, and collaborative.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in visual arts, communication design, communication, marketing or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years experience in brand and digital management
- Demonstrated experience with digital creative software (Adobe CS) and digital video/animation software
- Experience in website content management programs and SharePoint
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders on complex communications and deliver creative solutions
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage digital development projects across channels
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Team player and promotes creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement
