Job Summary
Sr Advisor Brand and Digital Communications responsible for developing and executing yearly advertising strategies, leading the creation and rollout of integrated brand programs across channels, and overseeing Creative Services requests. Develop high-quality content to strengthen brand perception, execute the annual masterbrand program (creative development, media planning, performance measurement using data/AI insights), and serve as a key advisor to Enterprise Communications and business leaders on brand and creative strategies. Identify and leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance audience insights and campaign effectiveness while maintaining brand standards. Lead digital advertising and content execution, support event branding, and collaborate with agencies and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget. Travel within Canada and the U.S. (10-20%). Benefits include Enbridge’s FlexWork hybrid model (options to work from home midweek), with eligibility determined by role.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in communications or related field
- 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in branding and creative communications
- Experience in large, complex organizations and/or creative agencies
- Strong knowledge of integrated marketing strategies and advertising/media planning
- Proficiency with emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance marketing outcomes
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
