Job Summary
Drive AI transformation across E-Commerce by identifying and integrating the right tools into campaign, creation, and analysis workflows to boost efficiency. Advise teams on using AI for personalization and effectiveness in campaigns and sales initiatives while leading internal tool requirements engineering. Build functional prototypes of AI-driven processes using internal/external tools and Natural Language Coding to validate concepts. Act as a strategic advisor, technical mentor, and practical implementer who bridges the gap between high-level innovation and practical execution for online shops and sales platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der digitalen Transformation, Marketing-Technologie oder Entwicklung, mit einem klaren Fokus auf KI-Implementierung
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse
- Sicher im Umgang mit „Vibe Coding", "Rapid Prototyping und dem tiefen Eintauchen in KI-Tools
- Fähigkeit, komplexe KI-Logik nicht-technischen Kollegen mit Leichtigkeit zu erklären
- Fähigkeit, geschäftliche Anforderungen in präzise technische Vorgaben für externe Entwicklungsteams zu übersetzen
