Job Summary
Provide Tier 1–2 end user support for Microsoft Copilot, troubleshoot Copilot experiences across Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related endpoints; create and maintain Copilot knowledge articles, FAQs, troubleshooting playbooks, and prompt libraries; deliver trainings and coaching to improve user outcomes; coordinate licensing requests and onboarding/offboarding; collaborate with Microsoft 365 admins, Security, Legal/Privacy, and business stakeholders; reinforce governance, data protection, and acceptable use guidelines; track support metrics and drive continuous improvements; support escalation with Microsoft or internal engineering and provide evidence and business impact summaries.
