Job Summary
Senior Administrative Associate (Dual) providing a range of direct administrative support functions to a site, office and/or client, including document processing, proofreading, expense reports, time entry, calendar and phone management, invoice entry, and opening client matters. Will train and assist with process improvements, serve as SME for junior admins, manage workflow, ensure timely delivery of tasks, and interact with clients via phone, video, or email. Primary responsibilities include administration of external CLE courses: handling MCLE course applications with state boards, maintaining materials and attendance records, responding to accreditation requests, preparing attendance and remote affirmation forms, distributing CLE certificates, submitting course applications, and responding to client CLE inquiries. Requires advanced MS Office skills, strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and professional communication skills. Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 5:30pm EST. The role may involve supporting training plans and direct training for a team of Admins, and acting as a resource for junior staff; compensation includes an hourly rate in the $22-24 range with potential overtime and benefit packages.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years administrative support experience in a professional organization; or 2+ years with Williams Lea client operation; MS Office proficiency; strong organizational skills; ability to handle confidential documents; ability to meet deadlines; strong customer service; ability to work independently and in a team
