Job Summary
Senior Associate Director, Value & Access, Innovation and Strategy Integration at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Ridgefield, CT leads the Digital/Portal Strategy and Omnichannel Strategy for organized payor customers, steering cross-functional teams to align channel strategies with commercial objectives and developing KPIs and measurement frameworks to drive value realization. The role oversees the evolution of the VAx strategy framework, ensures global alignment with the Holistic Value & Access framework, and drives change management, training, and the adoption of digital platforms and technologies to enhance the omnichannel customer experience across payors and health systems.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field with five years of relevant experience in healthcare strategy/marketing/go-to-market in the pharmaceutical industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field with seven years of relevant experience in healthcare strategy/marketing/go-to-market in the pharmaceutical industry
