Job Summary
Sr. Ad Ops Demand Mgmt Specialist (EMEA) at Netflix overseeing day-to-day operational management of programmatic ad campaigns across assigned EMEA markets, including campaign readiness, launch, monitoring, pacing, and identifying optimization opportunities for PMPs. Collaborates with Account Management, Sales, Ad Ops, and external vendors to ensure campaigns activate accurately, deliver on objectives, and provide a seamless client experience. Analyzes market-level campaign data to support revenue growth and operational improvements; helps gather client feedback and contributes to workflow/process improvements; supports documentation, training materials, and adoption of new tools and best practices. Strong programmatic expertise, DSP knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and cultural agility are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Ad Tech, Ad Operations, or demand management
- strong expertise in campaign lifecycle management, including trafficking, execution, quality control, monitoring, pacing, and troubleshooting
- Deep proficiency in programmatic advertising, with strong knowledge of how Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) work
- Proficiency with advertising systems and tools such as CRM, OMS, ad servers, task management, and reporting platforms
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors, including managing vendor tasks for campaign setup, QC, and reporting
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable business insights
- Able to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a changing, high-volume environment
- Effective communication skills — written and verbal — with the ability to convey complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences across diverse cultural contexts
- Able to navigate evolving priorities and make sound decisions with incomplete information
