Job Summary
Lead commercial lines reserving, forecasting, and actuarial analyses while evaluating new business, acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic initiatives. Monitor emerging risks, industry trends, and market developments to support senior business leaders. Partner with Underwriting, Legal, Reinsurance, Accounting, and executive leadership to develop and enhance actuarial models, methodologies, assumptions, and reporting. Present complex actuarial insights and recommendations, drive process improvement, automation, and analytical innovation, and lead cross-functional initiatives while mentoring actuarial professionals. Requires 8+ years of progressive experience with ACAS certification, SQL, Python, and Excel skills, plus up to 15% travel.
