Job Summary
Senior Acquisition Program Analyst in the Space Program Directorate (SQS) providing acquisition support and program management direction for space systems development and procurement. Responsibilities include budget preparation and defense oversight, planning and scheduling analysis, requirements and strategy recommendations, evaluating program trends and issues, guiding funding allocations and program direction, and preparing PPBE documentation. Requires active Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility, 10+ years of DoD acquisitions experience, and a Master’s degree in Business or Engineering. Proficiency with IDECS, ABIDES, CCaRs, CRIS, MS PowerPoint/Word/Excel; telework eligibility with on-site presence 4 days/week; location in Washington, DC.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret clearance
- SCI eligibility
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with DoD acquisitions
- Master's Degree in Business or Engineering discipline
- Intimate knowledge of operational space experience
- Strong familiarity with DoD budget cycle (PPBE/POM)
- Strong familiarity with software: IDECS, ABIDES, Executive CCaRs, CRIS, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel
