Job Summary
Manage vendor master data by verifying details and collaborating with Procurement to register records in the accounting system. Oversee accounts payable by processing incoming invoices, applying accurate VAT tax codes, and ensuring timely payments while carrying out weekly and month-end tasks. Engage proactively with external stakeholders to maintain clear communication and keep documentation up to date for consistency. Contribute to testing activities within Accounts Payable to support system accuracy and drive process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and compliance. Process routine financial operations following established procedures to ensure reliability. This role supports the EMEA Finance department's mission to foster innovation and excellence within Dexcom's global diabetes management technology.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes
- Practical understanding of the 3-Way Match
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of accounts payable principles and accounting software (Oracle, Basware or another ERP system)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English
- Self-motivated

- Ability to work within a team and independently
- Must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically within an hour's commute)
