Sr. Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Summary
Senior Accounts Payable Analyst responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions, performing three-way matching, reconciling vendor statements, resolving invoice discrepancies, assisting with accruals and monthly close, and supporting financial reporting. Requires an Associate’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience and at least 2+ years in a high-volume, automated AP environment; proficient in Excel and Word; strong analytical, communication, and ten-key by touch skills. Office hours are 7:30–5:30 Monday–Thursday and 7:30–11:30 Friday; benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement, and a 401k with company contribution. Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a high-volume, automated Accounts Payable environment
- Strong knowledge of a full Chart of Accounts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform ten-key by touch
