Sr. Accounting Specialist

Review and verify vendor invoices for goods and services, ensuring accuracy before creating and entering them into the financial system. Process payments, invoices, and vouchers while researching and resolving accounts payable issues with vendors to ensure timely issuance and payment. Scan statements, ledgers, and accounts to identify unusual or overdue items, and investigate records to establish facts for queries. Prepare complex reports, ad-hoc information, and statistical breakdowns as directed, collaborating with Site Services Planners, Equipment Managers, and project teams. Requires expertise in accounts payable and construction accounting, with proficiency in CMiC and Excel.
