Job Summary
Sr. Accounting Analyst in A2R Closing & Reporting responsible for delivering GL monthly closing & reporting services, reviewing interfaces, reconciling accounts, posting journals, preparing ad-hoc reports, and contributing to business reviews. Focus areas include automation, process optimization, governance, and SOX/compliance. Build expertise in A2R core processes, mentor junior analysts, and participate in process improvements and automation initiatives using SAP FICO and related tools (e.g., Trintech Cadency, Blackline). Located in Hyderabad, India with a role that involves month-end closing activities and potential varying hours to align with regional close schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree in accounting or finance
- Professional qualification like CA/ACCA/CPA (preferred)
- 4-8 years experience in GL accounting (1-2 years for CA/ACCA/CPA)
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of IFRS and local GAAPs
- Hands-on experience in SAP FICO (end user)
- Experience with Trintech Cadency and Blackline (advantageous)
- Strong Excel skills
