Job Summary
Conduct month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including account reconciliations, fixed assets, and compliance with internal controls. Assist with debt, financing, quarterly reporting, executive and Board materials, and external audit requests while maintaining audit-ready documentation. Manage commission accounting processes, including reconciliations, accruals, and reporting, and support payroll-related accounting activities. Prepare and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP. Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows, streamline reporting, and strengthen internal controls. Partner with business leaders to solve operational challenges and support strategic initiatives. Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of accounting or finance experience
- Strong experience with NetSuite ERP
- Experience with commission accounting, reconciliations, accruals, and accounting operations
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
- Experience supporting month-end and year-end close activities
- Proven ability to identify and improve manual processes through automation and process enhancements
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- CPA designation
- Experience supporting a sales-driven organization
- Background within high-growth SaaS, technology, biotech, healthcare, or similar industries
- Experience with NetSuite Fixed Assets
- Experience supporting external audits, quarterly reporting, debt and financing activities
- Exposure to process automation and business process improvement initiatives
- Experience working with global or international accounting teams
- CPA certification preferred but not required
