Job Summary
Senior-level accounting role supporting close, controls, and reporting across balance sheet and income statement. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing monthly journal entries for the close, performing reconciliations, partnering with auditors on requests, managing expenses across marketing/payroll/benefits, maintaining internal controls with SOX compliance, analyzing variances, collaborating with Finance/HR/Marketing/Payroll/FP&A to align accounting with business activity, leveraging multiple systems to validate transactions, supporting forecasts, reviewing reconciliations from offshore teams for accuracy, and identifying opportunities to streamline processes and implement automation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 4+ years of experience in accounting or finance

- CPA certification
- Master's degree in accounting or finance
