Job Summary
Senior Accountant leading month-end close for Integrated Marine Logistics, including reconciliations of balance sheets and intercompany accounts, and collaboration with Operations Accounting; supervises offshore accounting team; supports external auditors; leads finance projects, provides variance analysis and forecasting, and prepares reports to drive cash management decisions; requires GAAP expertise, multi-entity accounting experience, and strong Excel skills; hybrid work model with onsite Mon-Thu and remote Fridays in Fullerton, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 4–6 years of general accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and month-end close processes
- Experience supporting multiple entities/locations
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
- Experience with Oracle Fusion or other ERP systems
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Team-oriented and able to manage priorities
