Job Summary
Senior-level in-office role overseeing day-to-day financial operations for an environmental firm. Drive revenue assurance, financial statement preparation, and process improvements; supervise accounts payable/receivable, client invoicing, and monthly close; provide budgeting/forecasting and project-level financial tracking; collaborate with external CPAs and leadership. Requires bachelor’s degree in accounting/related field, 3+ years accounting experience, strong accounting principles knowledge, and proficiency with QuickBooks Online. Involves hands-on work with leadership and project staff at the Colorado headquarters.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
- Three or more years of accounting experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience with QuickBooks Online is preferred
