Job Summary
Prepare full Statements of Cash Flow from underlying financial data and supporting schedules, analyzing activity to accurately classify operating, investing, and financing cash flows. Execute detailed account reconciliations, post journal entries, and maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes while preparing audit schedules and partnering with auditors during annual audits. Record and analyze revenue, including patient transport activity, and prepare accounts receivable reporting and valuation analyses. Collaborate with senior accounting staff across multiple functional areas to perform ad hoc analyses and other duties as assigned. Requires CPA certification and 5-8 years of staff accounting experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in Accounting or Business from four-year college or university
- five years related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to determine proper accounting treatment for transactions based on accounting principles
