Job Summary
Manage month-end close activities including customer invoicing, revenue recognition, prepaids, and accruals. Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts, process payroll, and book general entries for US and foreign subsidiaries. Take ownership of the full cycle of subsidiary accounting, collaborate with HR on benefits and compensation, and participate in annual financial audits and corporate tax filings. Execute ad hoc projects as needed while maintaining high standards of work ethic under pressure. Requires NetSuite proficiency and experience with platforms like Expensify or Paylocity.
Required Qualifications
- BS Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5+ years experience in a technology company, with a fast moving environment
- Accounting and Payroll experience
- Excellent skills using NetSuite
- Familiar with Expensify, Paylocity, or similar platforms or tools
- Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure
- High standard of work ethic
