Job Summary
The Sr. Account Manager will manage and serve as the primary contact for top tier customers, understanding their business needs, developing key relationships, and ensuring Milsco's products fit effectively in customer lines. Responsibilities include forecasting customer demand, managing product lines, analyzing customer scorecards for improvement opportunities, driving problem resolution, and supporting account managers. The role demands strong decision-making, communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, engineering or significant relevant experience
- Five or more years of experience in a business-to-business account manager or product management role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proven results in influencing and driving action
- High attention to detail with the ability to independently manage multiple projects in a timely manner
