Job Summary
Senior Account Manager to oversee a premier portfolio of brand-direct accounts. You’ll provide executive-level advisory, translate market insights into high-performing media strategies, and manage complex account dynamics. Responsibilities include flawless campaign execution, platform mastery for optimization, driving revenue retention and expansion, and collaborating with Business Development to onboard major new customers. Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree, 5+ years in online advertising, 3+ years in client-facing roles, proven relationship-building with senior stakeholders, strong analytical/problem-solving skills, and hands-on programmatic experience (DSP/SSP/DMP/MMP/Martech) with proficiency in Excel. The role emphasizes strategic client service, cross-functional collaboration, and a data-driven approach in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- 5+ years of online advertising experience
- 3+ years of client-facing experience
- hands-on expertise in programmatic advertising (DSP, SSP, DMP, MMP, Martech) or brand/performance marketing
- proficiency in Excel and MS Office
- strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
