Job Summary
Senior Account Manager responsible for managing a US national to select multi-national accounts that utilize Sterigenics’ global sterilization network, focusing on revenue expansion, relationship depth, pricing margin improvement, and cross-functional service delivery. Leads contract negotiations and re-contracting efforts, identifies new revenue opportunities within base and new customers, prepares Quarterly Business Reviews, collaborates with Operations, Quality, Finance, and Customer Service to resolve issues, and provides reporting on customer trends and risks. Requires strong relationship management, strategic thinking, and the ability to travel up to 30% for customer meetings and site visits. Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of customer-facing experience in sales/account management are required; advanced degree is a plus.
